1. General
What kind of vehicles are available for rent?
Only Honda Fit and Honda Fit Hybrid models are available for rent. Honda Fit Hybrid Models are booked based on both availability and length of rental periods at the discretion of MetroGo.
Why does the renter have to be between the ages of 25 and 69?
Rental insurance coverage for self-drive vehicles applies only to this age range.
What is my maximum booking period?
You can book a rental vehicle for up to 28 days; please contact us for longer booking periods.
2. Payment
What form of payment does MetroGo accept?
We accept bank transfer at the time of reservation and/or cash at the time of rental pick-up. In order to reserve a vehicle, the security deposit must be paid. Therefore, bank transfers are preferred. Banking details are provided via WhatsApp once your booking is made.
Can discounted period rates be combined?
Discount periods are automatically combined at check-out.
Can I book a rental now, and pay when I return?
Rental periods are not credited. Therefore, all payments must be made before the rental period begins. This includes when you are extending a booking.
3. Reservations, Cancellations and Modifications
If I want to extend my reservation, what should I do?
Please book all additional reservations through our booking site. We recommend securing your booking as soon as possible, as cars are rented based on availability. you can use our QR code provided with your rental for easy booking access.
If I cancel my rental before my rental date, or do not show up will there be a fee?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel before 24 hours of your rental, there is no fee. If you cancel after 24 hours of your reservation or do not show up for your reservation, a $50 loss of service fee will be applied.
If I want to modify my reservation, what should I do?
If you want to change a reservation that has already been made, please let us know and we’ll be happy to update it for you.
